Spent break in beautiful Maui & Hawai'i and let me tell you the spectacular natural grandeur of these islands is amazing. But, surprisingly, one of the best parts about my trip, was when I'd pack up at the beach and start the drive back to the house in Ka'anapali at the end of the day. This will probably sound super cliche and cheesy but it's those moments when you're breezing down the shoreline in the Jeep around 6:30 and you're the only one out, with the fading day's rays still beating down on your shoulders, the sweet sea winds brushing against your cheeks and that distinct scent of summer everyone seems to recognize and love; that made my trip so great. When all those things combine you feel free. That's why I love it. I live for 'lil moments like that.
